This notice explains how information submitted through the HostX waiting list is used.
Who is responsible
HostX is a pre-launch project operated by Alexandros Pagioulas in Zürich, Switzerland.
For privacy questions, access requests or deletion of an application, email HostX at hostxstudios@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you join the waiting list, we collect the information you enter in the application, including your name, email, telephone number, city or area, profession, working status, expected use of HostX and your written answers. Your Instagram account is optional.
Why we use it
- To record and evaluate interest in HostX.
- To understand the professional needs of potential users.
- To contact applicants about the waiting list, relevant project updates and possible early access.
Joining the waiting list does not create a booking, membership or customer contract.
Storage and service providers
The website and waiting-list form are hosted and processed using Netlify. Netlify acts as a technical service provider for form submissions. You can read Netlify’s privacy statement.
HostX does not sell waiting-list information. Information is shared only when technically necessary to operate the form or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Waiting-list information is kept only while it is useful for project validation and related follow-up. Inactive information will be reviewed and deleted when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to your information, ask for incorrect information to be corrected, request deletion or withdraw your consent to receive updates. Email hostxstudios@gmail.com and identify the email address used for your application.

HostX currently does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
